DEFINITIONS

The following terms have the meanings agreed upon in the lines below throughout this document, unless otherwise expressly defined in the document:

TICKET or subscription, individual or group: a document issued in digital format or on paper, certifying the right of access of a person or group of people to one or more events within the festival for a limited number of days . Tickets have a unique identification number and are non-nominal.

ACCESS BRACELET: sign applied by the Organizers after the Ticket has been validated, which certifies the fact that its bearer has the right to visit one or more festival locations, in one or more days, according to the rights provided by the Ticket.

TICKET BUYER: person who purchases one or more tickets and/or access passes to the festival.

DURATION OF THE FESTIVAL: the duration of time between the beginning and the end of the festival as it is publicly communicated through the website www.festivalulceltictransilvania.ro and on the organizer's social media channels.

DURATION OF THE EVENT: the time between the beginning and the end of the events and concerts within the festival as they are publicly communicated on www.festivalulceltictransilvania.ro and on the organizer's social media channels.

THE FESTIVAL: all concerts, actions, programs, performances and other services organized for a certain duration and in one or more places clearly mentioned during the festival.

PLACE: any of the spaces/areas where the festival activities take place as they are mentioned in the specific section of the website www.festivalulceltictransilvania.ro and on the social media channels of the organizer.

ORGANIZER: CELTIC TRANSILVANIA Association Beclean, Liviu Rebreanu str., no. 19, Beclean Bistrita-Năsăsud.

COMMERCIAL PARTNER: legal persons or association of legal persons carrying out an independent commercial activity, authorized according to law, within the Festival, based on a contractual relationship with one of the Festival Organizers.

PARTNER: legal person or association of legal persons who collaborates with one of the organizers in order to carry out a cultural, commercial, promotional action or any other type of action agreed by mutual agreement based on a contractual relationship within the Festival.

PARTICIPANTS: all persons attending the festival on the basis of an access ticket or an invitation.

UNAUTHORIZED PARTICIPANTS: all persons who are at a given time in the venue of the festival during its duration, without having a legal right of access or who have acquired this right illegally through methods such as, but not limiting- to: falsifying a ticket or an access wristband, purchasing a ticket or an access wristband from Traders not authorized by the Organizer or climbing the boundary fences.

PRODUCT: the items and rights with pecuniary value that can be purchased from the Organizers or from the Partners and Business Partners of the Organizer within the Festival or in connection with it.

SERVICE: any service made available or purchased from or in connection with the Organizers or the Partners and Business Partners of the Organizers.

THIRD PARTIES: persons other than the Organizers, Partners, Commercial Partners, Participants, Buyers, Donors or Visitors of the Festival.

VISITORS: persons who have the right to participate in the Festival, other than Participants, such as but not limited to Volunteers, representatives of Commercial Partners, representatives of suppliers, the organizing team or any other third person present at a time given in the venue of the festival during its period and who has a valid right to participate in the festival.

REGISTERED VOLUNTEER: person who completes the registration form as a Volunteer during the Festival.

VOLUNTEER PARTICIPANT: natural person over the age of 16 who, after completing a valid registration form, has been selected to participate as a volunteer in the Transilvania Celtic Festival.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These regulations establish the terms and conditions of participation in the Transilvania Celtic Festival, 7th edition, July 21-23, 2023.

By participating in the festival, participants, volunteers, collaborators and any third parties who interact directly and indirectly with the festival accept and agree to the terms and conditions of these Regulations.

By purchasing tickets, buyers undertake to comply with the Regulation, the rules of access to the Festival as well as any other rules for participating in the festival that are made known to them through online or offline means of communication.

The Celtic Transilvania Festival, the 7th edition, July 21-23, 2023 is managed by the Celtic Transilvania Association Beclean, Liviu Rebreanu str., no. 19, Beclean, Bistrita-Năsăud, CIF 33938569


PERIOD AND VENUE OF THE FESTIVAL

The Celtic Transilvania Festival, the 7th edition, will take place between July 21-23, 2023, in the town of Beclean, Băile Figa area. The organizer reserves the right to change the venue of the events. In case of such changes, the purchased tickets will remain valid for the new venue of the event.


ACCESS TO THE FESTIVAL

Tickets and ticket types

Day tickets and season tickets are available at the festival.

One-day ticket - gives the participant the right of access to the location of the Transilvania Celtic Festival to all events, concerts and activities held between 10.00 and 01.00 for the day for which it was purchased.

Season ticket - gives the participant the right of access to the location of the Celtic Transylvania Festival to all events, concerts and activities held between 10.00 and 01.00 every day of the festival when the location is active.

Access for children up to and including 12 years old is free if they are accompanied by at least one adult who holds a valid ticket for access to the Transilvania Celtic Festival.

Access for disabled people is free.

Ticket sales

Tickets and season tickets can be purchased exclusively online on the platforms www.iabilet.ro (including their own network of partners) and www.ambilet.ro (including their own network of partners, as well as in various locations that will be announced by the organizer.

Tickets and season tickets to the Festival are sold through the Organizers' Commercial Partners and by the organizer. Payments regarding the purchase of tickets are made through the Commercial Partners in compliance with their Terms and Conditions.

The final ticket price includes all legal fees. The ticket price does not include the ticket issuance fee. The Organizer is not responsible for the administration and processing fees that may differ depending on the Business Partners from which the ticket is purchased. In this sense, the Organizer recommends that before purchasing a ticket, the Terms and Conditions section of the Commercial Partner from which the ticket is purchased should be checked.

The sale of tickets will be stopped no later than 12 hours before the event or when a category of tickets is sold out. The organizer reserves the right to supplement the number of tickets and put them on sale, if the capacity of the location allows it.

Purchased tickets cannot be replaced and their value cannot be refunded.

The Organizer reserves the right to change the price of the Tickets without the need for prior notice. The price of the ticket is the one displayed at the time of its purchase on the platform.

Invitations

Invitations with a value of 0 lei give the holders the same rights as holding an access ticket.

Exchange tickets, passes and invitations for access wristbands

The exchange of the access ticket, the season ticket or the valid invitation to the Festival into an access bracelet is conditional upon the fulfillment of the formalities of access to the Festival, according to the provisions of these Regulations and the legislation in force on the date of access.

The access wristband gives the holder the same rights and obligations as the access ticket.

Access wristbands will have distinct colors and insignia depending on the type of ticket purchased.

Participants have the obligation to wear the bracelet on their hand, in a visible place, for the entire duration of its validity, as well as for the entire time they are in one of the locations of the event.

The organizers reserve the right to check the integrity of access wristbands at the entrance and whenever they deem necessary in the perimeter of the Festival, in all locations and throughout the duration of the festival.

Loss, damage or destruction of the wristband is the sole responsibility of each visitor or participant of the festival.

In case of damage or loss, the bracelet no longer gives the participant any rights, being obliged to purchase a new ticket or leave the event location.

The organizers will not exchange broken or glued wristbands, as they are considered invalid.

In well-justified cases, Participants and Invitees can present themselves at the InfoPoint for replacement of a valid wristband (which is not damaged, torn, stuck, etc.) by presenting the access ticket. Such situations include, but are not limited to: the wristband was tightened too tightly, the color of the wristband does not match the type of ticket purchased, etc.

Location access

Access to the event is done by scanning the ticket, either printed or in electronic format, from the participants' mobile devices. Access is only possible on the basis of a ticket valid for that day or a subscription for events within the venue.

Access to the event starts daily at 10:00 a.m. and will be done in stages. Please take enough time to go through the access procedures.

If you leave the event space, re-entry to the venue is only permitted based on an access wristband valid for the current day and the venue in question.

Entry and exit to/from the event space is through the specially arranged seats.

By purchasing a ticket or subscription, you consent to a summary body search upon access to the festival location.

Please respect the entry/exit flows according to the markings and keep your distance when entering/exiting the event space as well.

In order to ensure orderly and safe events, the Organizers reserve the right to restrict the objectives and devices that can be brought into the festival perimeter.

Access to the festival perimeter with the following items is prohibited:

Pyrotechnic articles.

Knives, weapons and other sharp/blunt objects.

Prohibited substances or products.

Flammable or explosive materials.

Any type of objects that may injure other Participants.

Food and drinks purchased outside the festival perimeter.

Any glass or metal object.

Loudspeakers and audio video equipment that can disrupt the sound of the event.

Participants assume responsibility for the objects they own and bring into the festival perimeter. The Organizers reserve the right to check the Participants, by survey or as a result of suspicions identified by the Organizing team and/or the security and protection team and to confiscate any prohibited items identified. In the event of incidents occurring as a result of the possession of some of the previously mentioned objects, their owners assume exclusive responsibility for them.

Access with pets is allowed provided that the regulation regarding pets in the public space is respected (animals will be kept on a leash, large dogs or aggressive breeds must wear a muzzle, etc.). If the participants of the event do not respect the rules regarding pets, the Organizers reserve the right to deny access to people and pets to the event, respectively to remove from the perimeter of the festival the people who are found violating these rules during any activity from the event.


GENERAL RULES OF CONDUCT DURING THE EVENT

Event participants are required to demonstrate appropriate behavior for public events.

The participants of the event have the obligation to refrain from any actions, statements or behaviors likely to endanger the life, health or physical integrity of themselves or the other participating persons.

Any form of commercialization or running of advertising campaigns within the perimeter of the event without the prior written permission of the Organizers is prohibited.

Any kind of demonstration or manifestation of any nature that is not related to the event or the theme of the event and the Organizers and that has not been approved in advance in writing by the Organizers is prohibited.

The participants understand and expressly accept that by virtue of their participation in the event, that they will fully cooperate with the Organizers, the technical team, the representatives of the security and first aid services, as well as any other public or private authorities involved in the organization of the event and will comply with the instructions them during the event, in case of emergency situations or when other circumstances require it.


EVACUATION OF THE EVENT SPACE

The evacuation of the location space is done starting 30 minutes after the completion of the last concert of the day and the respective location, gradually in each of the Festival areas.

Please follow the instructions presented on the spot regarding the evacuation order provided by the Organizers.

The activities of the event will be completed daily, at the latest at 01.00. Please ensure that you leave the event perimeter by 01.30 as instructed by the Organizing Team.


CANCELLATION OF TICKETS AND RETURN OF THEIR VALUE

Purchased tickets/seasons tickets cannot be canceled or changed.

The value of the tickets is not returned in the following situations:

In case of adverse weather conditions.

The value of the tickets will not be returned if the access of the ticket holders is refused by the Organizers for justified reasons related to the safety of the other participants in the event.

In the case of group/family tickets, the total or partial value of the tickets is not returned if the number of participating people is less than the maximum number of people allowed according to the type of ticket.

The value of tickets for one day of the festival is not refunded in case of a change of artists announced at the time of ticket purchase. Tickets give the buyer access to the festival venue and not to a specific concert.

The value of unused tickets from the season ticket package is not refunded.


RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF PARTICIPANTS

Participants have the obligation to comply with these regulations throughout the duration of the event and in all its unfolding locations.

Participants are not allowed to use the event space to run of illegal activities or that endanger in any way the safety of the other participants in the event.

Participants are prohibited from distributing, modifying or copying, displaying, reusing, reproducing, publishing, creating derivative works, transferring, selling or using the content of the event or these Regulations without the written consent of the Organizers.

Participants have the obligation to immediately communicate to the Organizer's representatives or the security team any situation that they have good reasons to report as representing a danger to the security of other participants during the period and in the perimeter of the event.

Participants have the obligation to cooperate with the Organizers and representatives of the security services and health, with the competent authorities, with the volunteers to ensure the smooth running of the event, to avoid situations that could endanger the safety of the participants or to remedy such situations in the shortest possible time.


ORGANIZERS RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS

The organizers have the right to modify, complete, withdraw, temporarily or permanently this Regulation with or without prior notice to users, potential users or any third party. All changes enter into force once they are published on the website www.festivalulceltictransilvania.ro and on the social media channels of the organizer.

The organizers may investigate any action likely to violate these Regulations and issues warnings, to suspend, restrict or share the access to the event of any participant, volunteer, partner or any other third person present in the incitement of the event during its running period.

The organizers do not assume responsibility for the objects that participants, visitors, volunteers , partners and third parties introduce them into the perimeter of the event during its running period.

The Organizers reserve the right to verify Participants and Visitors, by survey or as a result of suspicions identified by the Organizing team and/or the security and protection team and to confiscate any prohibited items identified. In the event of incidents occurring as a result of the possession of some of the previously mentioned objects, their owners assume exclusive responsibility for them.

The organizers do not assume responsibility for the belongings of the participants, for the loss, damage or their theft.

The organizer reserves the right to modify the list of artists participating in the Festival, both previously, as well as during the entire duration of the Festival.

The organizer reserves the right to change the maximum capacities of the Festival venues in accordance with the safety rules in force.


INTELLECTUAL RIGHTS

Photos, artistic and organizational concepts, internal work procedures and the like (information, data, images, texts, symbols, graphics, web design elements, programs and the like) are the property of the Organizers and are protected by Law no. 8/ 1996 on copyright protection.

Use of any of the aforementioned elements, as well as any other similar elements and which can be assimilated to copyright, without obtaining a prior written consent from the Organizers is punishable according to the law.

Total or partial reproduction, modification, transfer, distribution, republication, copying part or all of the content of the event is not allowed without the prior written consent of the Organizers.


PHOTO VIDEO RECORDING OF THE EVENT

The organizer reserves the exclusive right to the photo-video images from the event.

Participants understand and accept that the Organizers, Business Partners, authorized suppliers of the Organizer , members of the press and other third parties authorized by the Organizers may make audio, video and photo recordings of the event.

The organizer can use photo and video images, taken both by its own employees, by its service providers, Commercial Partners and other authorized third parties in various materials created on the occasion of the event.

Participants and Visitors by virtue of their participation in the event, grant the Organizer as well as to all those authorized by him express permission for the recording and publication of the image, appearance and actions of the event on the perimeter of its performance, in compliance with the incidental legal provisions regarding the processing of personal data.

The organizers and third parties authorized by it have the unrestricted right to use, copy , publishes, makes public, disseminates and distributes, especially for the purpose of promoting the project, but not only, the recordings, images and photos taken with the participants of the event, without having to pay the latter any remuneration for their use.

The organizers reserve the right to record directly or through authorized third parties the event, to copy, distribute, broadcast or make public in any way and by means of data transmission or by electronic means, including for the promotion of the project.

Participants do not have the right, within the limits of legal provisions, to raise financial claims or of any other nature against the Organizers in connection with the photo-video recordings and their publication according to the provisions of these Regulations.

Participants have the right to make audio/photo/video recordings of the event for to be used for personal purposes. Participants do not have the right to sell images/photo-video recordings from the event without the prior consent of the Organizers.


OTHER INFORMATION

Suggestions and complaints.

Participants, visitors, volunteers, partners and third parties may submit at any time suggestions or complaints to the Organizers by email to celtictransilvania@gmail.com

Lost Items

Lost and found items can be brought to the festival Info Point, also here, the owners will be able to recover them within 48 hours, but no later than 12:00 the next day after the end of the festival.

The organizers do not assume responsibility for the belongings of the participants, for the loss, damage or their theft.


LITIGATIONS

These Regulations, as well as any dispute in connection with or arising from the clauses of it or from participation in the event, will be settled by Participants, Volunteers, Partners, Third Parties and Organizers amicably.

If this is not possible, conflict resolution is the jurisdiction of the Romanian courts in the locality where the Organizers have their headquarters.

By purchasing a ticket/subscription, by participating in the events organized within Celtic Transilvania Festival or by accessing the Celtic Transilvania Festival brand communication channels, especially the website www.festivalulceltictransilvania.ro and social media channels of the organizer, visitors and participants confirm that they have read, understood and accepted these Regulations.


LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Participants understand and agree that they are participating in the events of the Celtic Transilvania Festival, 7th edition, July 21-23, 2023 at your own risk. The organizers, Asociația Celtic Transilvania, collaborators, partners and commercial partners of the organizers cannot be held responsible for direct or indirect damages resulting from access to the event perimeter or the use of the services made available in its perimeter such as, but not limited to: material damage, loss of data or programs, financial damage, etc.

The organizers do not assume responsibility for acts committed by persons under 18 who participate in the Festival, in their charge there is no legal obligation to supervise minors. The organizers are not responsible for damages of any kind caused to persons under 18 by third parties, including but not limited to Festival participants.

Information on events, activities, concerts, artistic manifestations organized, hosted or promoted by the Organizers are provided for informational purposes only and should not be considered as a contractual offer of the services provided by the Organizers. Participants understand and agree that this event content is presented without warranty of any kind.

The organizers make efforts so that the information presented on the website, on the social channels media, in the press and through other means of public information to be correct and up-to-date. If any errors are reported, the Organizers will try to correct them as soon as possible.
